Eugene Civic Affordable Housing is edicated to developing and supporting affordable housing.

Our mission at Civic Affordable Housing is to enhance the quality of life by providing affordable housing for individuals underserved by the private market. We focus on low- to middle-income individuals, including the elderly, working households, and others who struggle to find suitable housing in the current market.

Our goal is to build affordable housing units for low-income families, seniors, and people with special needs. We are committed to offering quality, safe housing opportunities to those who lack the economic resources to access them. 

Our work goes beyond development. We are also committed to enhancing resident security, stability, and opportunity through practical resident services and strong community partnerships. Unlike for-profit entities that prioritize returns for shareholders, our focus is on serving the most vulnerable populations and fostering community development.
